PARENT/PATIENT EDUCATION The physicians and staff of the Children`s Clinic Of Oxford, P.A. are committed to providing parents and patients with information which will increase knowledge on normal childhood development and other health issues. The following information is given to parents at regular intervals: Prenatal Conferences given to pregnant parents include information on breastfeeding; thrush; shaken baby syndrome; baby bottle tooth decay; thumbs, fingers, and pacifiers; and calling the pediatrician. Newborn packets given prior to discharge from newborn nursery includes information on diaper rash, circumcision, home safety, and car seat
